Mark practices in the areas of general business and commercial litigation, non-compete covenants, employment litigation (Title VII and FLSA- employee and employer), and collections insurance litigation.

He is a 1991 graduate of the University of South Florida (cum laude) and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1996.

Mark was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1996, and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Middle District Court and U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.

Mark was born in Baltimore, Maryland, but has resided in the St. Petersburg area most of his life and currently resides here with his wife, daughter and son.
